Mental Health doesn't pick and choose one race, religion, sex, age group, gender, body type, favourite sports team, country or any other group you care to put people in. It can hit anyone, anywhere @ anytime for any reason & it doesnt come with a cast or a bandage, scar, plaster or any other visible feature which means often the person suffers alone & in silence.
