Thank you for considering supporting Y-OPAS during our annual campaign! Towards the beginning of each new year, the YMCA embarks on a pivotal fundraising effort to serve and impact our community. At the Y, donations are used to provide things like financial assistance for summer camp, memberships, childcare, and program scholarships, and programs such as Y-OPAS.

As you may know, Y-OPAS provides services to seniors at no cost. This means we are heavily reliant on our many incredible volunteers and donors like you to strengthen our community and bring to life our mission of helping seniors to remain independent in their homes.

Your support will allow Y-OPAS to grow by enabling us to:

* Recruit and retain the much needed volunteers

* Host monthly social events for our seniors to build relationships and fight isolation

* Provide benefits like holiday gifts to seniors, volunteer meetups & appreciation events

* Reach and serve more seniors in Scottsdale PV

and so much more!

In the first full calendar year in 2024, Scottsdale PV Y-OPAS volunteers completed over 300 appointments, drove over 4,600 miles and donated over 500 hours collectively for 30 seniors. We couldn't do it without you, and thank you for changing the lives of countless seniors in need in our community!
