Walk through the beautiful paths of Belle Isle and support the mission of St. Vincent de Paul Detroit! All donations go towards our 130 local Conferences working directly to assist neighbors in need throughout Southeast Michigan.

Story

Please support the St. Ambrose Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. All gifts directly help our Conference serve our neighbors in need - offering hope, compassion, and a real connection to the poor, homeless, jobless, and others experiencing hardship in our community. We provide food, rent, household items, beds, appliances, utility assistance, among other emergency needs. We could not do our work without donors like you.

This year's Walk will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. on Belle Isle in Detroit. It’s a beautiful 5K through one of Michigan’s most scenic parks, with lunch provided by Matchan Nutrition Center and music from local legend DJ Stacey "Hotwaxx" Hale, a pioneer in Detroit's rich musical history.
