The Vitality 10k takes place on Sunday 24th September 2023. It's a challenging distance that takes in many of London's landmarks, including Trafalgar Square, St Pauls Cathedral and Big Ben, before finishing in front of Buckingham Palace.

Our team are aiming to raise as much money as possible to go towards the vital services we provide to the Autistic community in Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge.
