This is the third year I will be participating in the Step Up for Cardiac Health to raise money for the Fraser Health cardiac department. I owe my life to the care I was provided by Fraser Health in 2022. This event is literally near and dear to my heart as it is the first event I was able to train for after having 2 stents put in my heart. Please consider support me as I try to beat 18 laps this year.
