From Friday 6 to Saturday 7 October, I will be taking part in our ‘The Triple Challenge’, an intense and incredibly demanding active challenge including trekking, cycling and kayaking in the Lake District.

The challenge is to complete the three activities over the course of 1 day. In total, employees will trek for 11km, cycle for 12km and kayak for 1.5km

Lets hope it doesn't rain!
