Story
I used to work at Neighhood House and I know they are very good with their money and really do help people with the greatest needs.
Diapers aren't covered by SNAP or WIC, Many families face real barriers just getting to a diaper bank — no transportation, multiple young kids in tow, and limited stock once they arrive.
The diaper supply Neighborhood House (NH) has relied on to stock families in our programs runs out this fall, and there's currently no budget in place to replace it. Diapers, wipes, and cream aren't covered by SNAP or WIC — families in our programs need about 11,150 diapers a month, and without a bridge, that supply simply stops.
Every diaper NH provides is money a family can spend on rent, food, or transportation instead. I'm raising funds so that the next time a family runs out, NH won't have to scramble — they'll already be ready.
Help me reach my goal, and help a family in need.
