I’m taking part in Making Milestones—a creative fundraising challenge to support The Milestone House, a recovery residence that provides safe, structured housing for people rebuilding their lives after addiction.

I have not lived at Milestone, but I’ve seen the impact it makes in our community—and it's profound. Milestone House provides more than just housing—it offers structure, support, and a chance at recovery for people rebuilding their lives after addiction.

Whether I’ve met residents, attended events, or just watched the ripple effects of Milestone’s work, I’ve seen how recovery isn’t just personal—it strengthens families, neighborhoods, and entire communities.

That’s why I’m proud to take part in Making Milestones—a fundraiser that invites each of us to create a challenge, raise funds, and support Milestone’s mission in a fun, personal way and every dollar goes toward supporting recovery housing.

***Through June, I will be posting yoga, meditation and breathwork videos to my YouTube page that you can access at any time! For the purpose to learn new tools to help tap into your inner sanctuary.

***For every $50 dollar donation, the donator will receive a Meditation Garland which promotes finding the inner sanctuary within oneself... A common thread that addicts and alcoholics have a struggle finding which is why drugs and alcohol are turned to.
