Today, Monday 6th May 2024, I joined Outward Bound’s The Big Rappel, a rope descent of the Empire State Building – a one-and-done challenge to raise transformational funds in support of the Outward Bound movement around the globe.

Outward Bound’s mission is to unlock potential in young people through learning and experience in the outdoors. In New York City today, dozens of public schools are run by Outward Bound and students are taught how to be a part of teams, to reach beyond their comfort zones, and achieve more than they ever thought possible.

In today’s world, this is more relevant than ever.
