This September, we are lacing up our trainers once again for a cause that means the world to us 🏃‍♂️💜

Myself and Ezbi will be taking on beloved Great North Run, but this time the whole gang are joining us, coming together for a cause close to our hearts. Our children are getting involved this time, with Jack and Joseph running the Junior race, while George and Alice are stepping up for the Mini run the day before. 🙏🏼🥰

This Stroke Association mean a lot to us, as in 2023, we sadly lost my dad, and the children's grandad, to a stroke. It was a heartbreaking experience for all of us, and one that many other families face every day.

We know first-hand the kind of incredible work that the Stroke Association does for families like ours, and we want to support them and those families wherever we can, and us all taking part in the Great North Run is the perfect opportunity.
