I am excited to be back participating in the 5K Walk for ABLE.

We will be walking the "Tim Jones Trail" in Aurora. I really like getting together with all the participants from ABLE'S three locations. It's fun to walk and then celebrate at the Armoury.

I am looking forward to going to ABLE's new location in Newmarket this September.
