Tim Pennise and Lucas Erickson are teaming up, AGAIN, to raise money for childhood cancer and related blood disorders research in 2026 - LET'S GO!!!!!!!! Thank you for taking time to visit our campaign page for this endeavor to benefit the MACC Fund!
On May 11th 2026 we will set out to play 100 holes of golf in a single day to help the MACC Fund raise critical funding for childhood cancer and related blood disorders research. Our last attempt was 2 years ago, and if not for Apocalyptic rainfall we would have made it all the way through in less than 12 hours!
The event name “The Ringer” is symbolic of a child going through the unthinkable journey of battling cancer. Upon the completion of a successful childhood cancer or blood disorder treatment protocol, children are given the chance to physically "RING THE BELL". This monumental moment in a child’s life was the inspiration for starting, The Ringer.
In just five years, thanks to the efforts of our participants and YOU, our generous donors, the Chicagoland Ringer has raised over $530,000 for research.
Any donation, large or small, makes a huge impact on the lives of kids battling cancer and related blood disorders. Thank you!
