This year I will be breaking out the running shoes again and doing my best to raise what I can for the Mind charity. Running became the biggest boost to my own mental health a few years ago during Lockdown, and it only feel right to bring that experience full-circle and do what I can to support an organisation that make mental health a priority across the country.
I was incredibly lucky to win a ballot for the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October, so being able to give a little feels like an added bonus to the whole experience. Any support, whether a few pennies, running chat or just a thumbs up, will be greatly appreciated!
