It's that time of year again! My friends and I are participating in the 10k during Ottawa Race weekend, and raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Many of our lives have been touched by this awful disease, and we have decided to run again this year in support and memory of our family members and friends who have been affected by, and who we have lost to cancer.
