On the 29th March 2026 I’m taking on my 3rd HYROX challenge to support people living with cancer for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Having already raised over £1,000 for this amazing charity I feel it's only right to raise one last time. Let's go out with a bang!!!

HYROX is the fitness race that combines both running and functional fitness. I’ll be taking on a course of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

📖 £10 could pay for 10 copies of our Help with the cost of cancer booklet.

📱 £20 could provide one session of emotional support to a person living with cancer with a Macmillan Buddy.

💚 £39 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for 1 hour.

There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.
