Last year, we supported 800 children through our counselling and behaviour change services. We are asking you to raise money for TLC by completing 800 minutes of physical activity throughout June. That's only 25 minutes per day!

Story

I'm taking part in a Physical: 800 Challenge to raise money for TLC: Talk, Listen, Change's children and young people's services.

Last year they supported 800 children across Greater Manchester through counselling and behaviour change programmes, making sure that all young people develop safe, healthy and happy relationships both now and in the future.
