At the White Bear Area YMCA, we believe health is more than physical. We encompass 5 dimensions of wellbeing (move, nourish, connect, restore, reflect) to find a balance of spirit, mind, and body. This fall, we invite you to support what moves you by giving to the Y and investing in the wellness of our entire community.
Your donation strengthens our health and wellness offerings—from energizing group exercise classes that foster connection, to personal training sessions that help members reach their unique goals.
