Story
10 years ago, I lost my mother to breast cancer. Witnessing her beauty and light wilt away in the last days of her life was the hardest thing I've ever had to live through. For these past 10 years, I've struggled with grief, depression, loss, and anxiety. I'm lucky to have the support of my friends and family for these 10 years; without you all, I wouldn't have been able to overcome it all. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your patience. I love you all.
This March, I'll be competing in HYROX with my dear friend Naomi as a challenge to ourselves and to support people living with cancer for Macmillan Cancer Support. We have pledged to raise £400, which could run the Macmillan Support Line for nearly an hour. I’d be so grateful for any donations to help us reach our goals.
There are currently over 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, but they can’t do this without donations from people like you.
Thank you!
