Our 2026 Step Up For Ostomy active event will take place on Saturday, October 3rd., 2026 starting at 11:00 a.m. We will walk Harbour Passage in Saint John, NB and show our support for those living with an ostomy, their friends and family. Our walk will start at the boardwalk at Market Square and proceed either South towards Tin Can Beach or West towards the Reversing Falls bridge. Walking distances can vary from a few hundred metres to a maximum of 4.3 km. Shorter distances along the trail are happily supported, walk within your comfort level! Let’s all Step Up for Ostomy, to raise awareness, eliminate stigma and raise funds to help enhance Ostomy Canada Programs!
