In May we are taking on the HYROX challenge to support people living with cancer for Macmillan Cancer Support.

We are not natural fitness geeks. We are having to train really hard.....we are middle aged......we are sweaty........and we are very determined to complete the challenge.

HYROX is a fitness race that is based around 8km of running and x8 fitness/weights stations at every 1km.

We have paid for our tickets and have pledged to raise an additional £800 between us for Macmillan Cancer Support. Cancer, unfortunately, touches all of our lives and your donations and support can help make a real difference.
