Welcome to the Francie's Friends Flat 14er Team Page, supporting the Rocky Mountain MS Center! The RMMSC medical side is where Francie's fabulous MS Neurological Team is and the educational side is where Francie learns about MS throughout the year at various events.

Francie was diagnosed with MS on 01/29/2019 by the doctors at the RMMSC after a tumultuous 2018 with two one-month hospital stays and lots of questions with no answers. Since that time, the RMMSC has been an integral part of her healing journey.

The Second Annual Flat 14er is on Saturday, June 15th at Clear Creek Valley Park - if you are in the Denver Area, we really hope you can join us in person on this day to raise awareness and support for the Rocky Mountain MS Center. A Flat 14er is one of Colorado's famous 14,000-foot peaks — turned on its side and accessible to all! It's just a little over 2.5 miles total so you can walk, jog, run, stroll or ride on the flat, paved, accessible open to anyone course!

If you're not in Denver or can't join us on Saturday, June 15th, please consider donating - even $5 can help cover some of the expenses it takes to offer the free programs and services the RMMSC provides for patients like Francie all year long!

The Rocky Mountain MS Center is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive and integrated wellness care, supports people and their families living with multiple sclerosis (MS), offers educational programs and resources, and conducts cutting-edge research. Funds raised for the Flat 14er will support the programs and services of the MS Center and people in our community whose lives have been impacted by multiple sclerosis.
