This December, we are taking on the challenge of HYROX London ExCel 2025 once again, but this time with a heartfelt purpose: to raise funds for those living with cancer and to support a charity that gave my Dad the care and support needed throughout his battle with cancer.

HYROX is not just a test of endurance; it combines running and functional workout stations, where we will run 1km followed by a functional workout station, repeated eight times. It’s a tough gig, especially as we strive to achieve our personal bests.

We would be incredibly grateful if you could help us reach our target of £800, which could fund the Macmillan Support Line phone service for two hours.

Currently, there are over 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. Macmillan aims to support everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they cannot do this without generous donations from compassionate individuals like you.
