We have both lost a Grandad due to Prostate Cancer. We are running the Great North Run 2023 in memory of our Grandads. As most people know how unfit myself and Chrissy have got since lockdown, this is going to be a challenge for us both. I am challenging myself to beat my time from 2018, however I was a lot fitter back then too.
