Ostomy Canada Society is 60 this year! Come join us on October 1, 2022, in cities, towns, parks and venues across Canada and show your support for those living with an ostomy.

On October 1st the Regina group will gathering at our hall at Arthur and 8th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for coffee and lunch and maybe a stroll or maybe a bit of yoga (if you're up to it!) and a chance to see each other again and support the campaign. Most of us feel that we "got our lives back" with a surgery that gave us a new start. We're here to support each other and the group that supports us in our new lives.

Our goal this year is to increase our participation and awareness so that more people can improve their quality of life.
