Story
The Occupational Therapy team in The Llandough Centre of Spinal and Neuro Rehabilitation have decided to put on our running shoes to raise some money for spinal research. We work daily with patients who have sustained a spinal cord injury and have seen the trauma it can bring to patients and their familes/ carers/ support networks. We work daily with those who have been effected and know first hand the importance of further research for treatment and rehabilitation.
Any donation would be gratefully appreciated. ⭐️
As darkness sweeps around the globe in mid-November, 25,000 people in 50 cities worldwide will get up from their armchairs, slip on their red flashing armbands and pull on their running shoes to complete a 5k or 10k.
Together, from Sydney to San Francisco, this global movement will light up the night as they Run in the Dark to cure paralysis in our lifetime by raising money for Collaborative Cures.
