Laurel House's Walk a Mile In Her Shoes is a 1-mile walk in which men are asked to walk in red high heel shoes (women bring your sneakers!) to raise awareness about domestic abuse.

Story

Each year, thousands of individuals in our community are victims of domestic abuse. I'm participating in Laurel House's Walk a Mile in Her Shoes to make a difference. Your support of this event will help to ensure that those in our community have access to domestic abuse programs and services.

About the charity

Laurel House advocates for and empowers those impacted by domestic abuse by providing crisis intervention, safe haven, supportive programs, and resources; as well as preventative education, community training, and collaboration to foster a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
