We (Josh and Sarah) are supporting Tommy's through the 5K a Day Challenge. This is a small "thank you" for Tommy's for their fantastic work supporting families through pregnancy loss, and for successfully campaigning to improve the support following miscarriage. You'll probably know that we are keen sports enthusiasts and we shall be using this challenge to get us back to fitness. Our gorgeous niece is also joining in, doing 200 skips a day.
