Talia, Cerys and Nat are taking on the 2024 Cardiff Half Marathon to sponsor for Mind U.K.

Mind is a mental health charity that supports people suffering with mental health problems. They aim to ensure people get the right services and support at the right time to help their recovery.

Every single one of us will have either suffered with ill mental health or know someone who has. So now is the time to start raising awareness, get people talking and save lives.
