Coerced by my old school friend Seb, who works at Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, we have decided to run the London Marathon in April 2019.

A shock for many, including myself, this is the first time I have ever attempted anything like this.  Not known for my sporting accruement, this will be a gruelling and deeply unpleasant initiation, but with your help, hopefully a memorable and worthwhile one...

Great Ormond Street Hospital is an undeniably good cause.  I have heard first hand from Seb about the amazing work GOSH does on a daily basis saving seriously ill children's lives.  The money you donate will help to provide new medical equipment, enable ground-breaking research, fund rebuilding and refurbishment works and help provide support for children and families alike.  Please donate generously.

We're hoping to host a party on the 28th April, directly after the marathon (!), so hopefully see many of you there, then in some form or another...
