"Schools for Kenya" has been raising funds for the construction of new Primary and Secondary schools for the neediest children in Kenya.   We target communities living in Wildlife corridors where human/animal conflict occurs.

We work in conjunction with The Born Free Foundation and our combined efforts result in a twofold gain.  We provide children with an education giving them a real chance of earning a living rather than resorting to means such as poaching to survive, thus assisting to preserve the Wildlife of Kenya, their most lucrative asset.

The Kili Klic Team, pictured here, have completed their mission!  They attempted the summit of Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. 6 members of the team reached the highest point, Uhuru Peak, just short of 6,000 meters! 3 reached Gilman's point, just 2 hours from the summit and 3 members reached 4,800 meters and were overcome by acute mountain sickness due to the altitude and severe conditions.  I am sure you will agree, these courageous folk deserve your very kind sponsorship.
 
Please keep those funds rolling in!    We visited the schools after our climb and with the funds raised so far, we were able to commission the first phase of the very first Secondary School in the Amboseli area.  Thank you all so much!
