A big thank you to everyone who’s sponsored, come to events and joined training runs its all appreciated. This year I was lucky to receive a charity place to run the London Marathon for GOSH a charity very close to my heart and this year is extra special as not only does our fundraising team Team CerysD enter its 10th year but Cerys who has changed our lives for the better and touched so many people with her zest for life celebrates her 10th Birthday! As a team we have raised over £37k for the hospital and we'd really like to break £40k. 

With the help and support of Royston Runners I am determined to finish the marathon with a smile and in one piece!
