Case study: donations in action

In 2007, on the occasion of The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation celebrating its 10th anniversary in Mongolia, a wonderful concert was given by the children of the Ger Village and Child Sponsorship programme.

One young 14 year old boy in particular really shone, his name is Unudelger, and he was until recently one of approximately 1500 children on the child sponsorship programme, the following year he flew to England, accompanied by our Sponsorship Manager , to take part in a concert, organised by CNCF UK.

Since that time he has persevered with his music, winning many National contests and Festivals and in 2010 participated in the Universe Best Songs competition and from the 700 who took part, was one of the 25 best singers who were chosen to be in a movie singing ABBA songs.

We are very proud of him and he is a wonderful example of how the sponsorship programme can turn around the lives of children who have had a very difficult start to their lives.
