Story
June 2nd 2018 marks 10 years since Ella's liver transplant. Instead of celebrating with a party and cake, she wishes to trek up Snowdon along with anyone that wishes to join her to raise money for 'Make-A-Wish' UK, Birmingham Children's Hospital Liver Unit, and the hospital that fought to save her donor, Jessie's, life.
We aim to raise awareness for Organ Donation and allow people to see the amazing work all these places and people do.
On her walk she will be joined by her family, and her donor family. As well as anyone who wishes to help support these amazing charities.
