24 Hour Hero Workout.

On December 2nd members of Crossfit Hayle ltd will be undertaking a 24hr workout, which will take place at midday on Saturday 2nd and finish midday on Sunday 3rd. We will be doing a Crossfit hero workout on the hour every hour for 24 hours. We are raising money for Cornwall Air Ambulance and a Church Roof Fund in Lanner Cornwall.
