On a freezing night in Serbia "Dougal" was found abandoned in the doorway of a block of flats, he was emaciated, depressed, one eye was crusted and swollen, he had just about given up on life. Some kind people took pity on him and asked for help to save him, after seeing his photographs myself and a few friends just knew we wanted to help him to a better life.
We have already raised funds to nurse him better, neutering, vaccinations and his vital titre test, we are now asking for help with the remaining amount for his passport,vaccinations and travel to the UK
