As a family we are so grateful for the amazing support we were given by the Palliative Care Team which enabled our Dearest Dad to slip away peacefully in his home.

Every call was answered within 2 minutes and a car would be with us within 2 hrs, often several times a night - the money raised will be used to support this work.
