The Spearhead Foundation has launched our 2023 Christmas drive, we have named this 'Manchester Christmas Miracle'. It'll see The Spearhead Foundation work with Trafford Council, JLA, and Greater Manchester Fire Brigade to ensure families in need get support through the Christmas period whether that be food, or Christmas presents for the children.

Since launching on the 24th November 2023, we have to date (27th November 2023) been contacted by 109 families, all of these families come from the Trafford area, Wythenshawe or Eccles. The majority of these families have escaped severe domestic violent relationships, although some are just really struggling due to the cost of living crisis which is effecting us all.

The aim of this fundraiser is to allow the foundation to purchase food and presents to top up our collections which are currently across South Manchester. Upon purchase of these presents with support of Soldiers from the foundation and firefighters, council workers we will create packages and hampers which will be delivered just before the 22nd December to members who have requested support.
