hello my name is adam jeram me and ben fooks are running the GREAT SOUTH RUN in aid of a very special little girl , her name is sophia . Let me tell you about Sophia............

Sophia was diagnosed with very complex urology problems which caused her kidney disease whilst still in the womb her mum had surgical intervention to save sophias life at 26weeks pregnant sophia has already undergone 17 operations to try an correct her problems.. she is tube fed straight in to her belly an has a mitrof which is a urine diversion which comes out of her belly button but this operation was never a full success An now requires frequent Botox under anaesthetic to stop bladder spasms An leaking.sophia suffers with constant uti's An also bowel problems which needs hospital treatment each time an there for has spent most of her short 5 years off life in an out of southampton general hospital sophia will need a transplant in the future An possibly more then one throughout her life but this is only a treatment but not a cure so sophia has a life time of treatment ahead of her .

Holidays have not actually been easy as the insurance is exreamly high and because of this has only been on holiday once ......... now i wanna do something amazing and raise 10000 pounds to send this little girl on a dream holiday to the place kids dreams do come true ...........WALT DISNEY WORLD FLORIDA .
