Story

On 16th September, a group of guys from Essex (Jack Terry, Howard Roof, Lord Dan McPherson, Sam Arnold and Luke Bowman) will be running Tough Mudder London South to raise money for two amazing charities.

The Indee Rose Trust was founded in July 2009 with the aim to help children and their families who have been diagnosed with a brain or spinal tumour. (http://www.indeerosetrust.org/who-we-are.html)

The Amy May Trust supports the fundraising efforts to aid the continual rehabilitation and medical requirements of Amy May Shead, who in 2014, through catering negligence, suffered a severe brain injury from a nut-caused anaphylactic reaction. (https://www.amymaytrust.com/about/)

Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile course of mud and water, complete with more than 20 obstacles including ice cold water and electric shocks. "It's not a race, it's a challenge."

Donate whatever you can, because this can really make a difference for these two outstanding causes!
