In Memory of the Ragoobeer Family

On the evening of Sunday the 25th of February 2018, Jose Ragoobeer received a phone call that was to change his life forever. There had been an explosion in his flat - his wife and children had been at home watching the TV whilst he was out working.

The explosion destroyed everything and claimed the lives of two of his children, Shane and Sean as well as his wife Mary.

We need to tell the story of Jose Ragoobeer who is a professional Caregiver. He is an awe inspiring person who has dutifully provided an amazing service to the vulnerable adults he supports for many years. Jose is self effacing and tirelessly puts his clients first every single time. He treats his clients with such dignity, love and respect and would lovingly support his clients without getting a single penny for it. The people and the families he supports have been devastated to hear this news.

Jose is an extraordinary human being.

We hope some good comes out of this heartbreaking tragedy and we can only hope everyone supports Jose in trying to build a new life for himself and his remaining son, Scott.
