12 ex-players form Clwb Rygbi Aberystwyth RFC will be cycling a 560 mile route from Cardiff to Edinburgh to raise money for the MND Association. As ex-rugby players we have been moved by the devastating effect this illness has had on the likes of Doddie Weir, Rob Burrow and many others.
