Hi! Next summer, after I have completed my GCSE exams, I will be going to Tanzania with Camps International. This is a four week school expedition with Samuel Whitbread Academy. Alongside supporting my personal development, I will make an impact on:

- school and housing - to build and renovate school buildings, accommodation and community facilities. I will be laying bricks, platstering, painting and building furniture.

- conservation - to improve natural waterholes and safeguard the future of African wildlife.

- education - I will take part in educational workshops with local children and assist them to monitor the wildlife.

I am travelling in July 2018 and am raising funds to support these activities. On September 3rd 2017, I am doing the Letchworth Duck and Dash - running 5km and swimming 400m to raise funds for the trip and voluntary work.
