Story

On the 25th of January 2020 aged just 25 Jordan Sinnott was involved in a fatal assault whilst on a night out with his girlfriend and some friends. Jordan was one of the happiest, kindest and funniest people you could ever wish to meet. He loved spending time with his friends and family and would always offer a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

Jordan was one of my best friends and it's difficult to put into words how much he is missed.

The Jordan Sinnott Foundation is in its early stages of being an established charity - the aim is to continue raising as much money as possible in Jordan's name to raise money for causes that Jordan was passionate about. These include supporting those who are homeless/rough sleeping and helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds access sport. It also aims to raise awareness around brain injuries and the use of violence/force, in particularly hoping to educate young people so other families don't have to go through the pain that Jordan's family have felt.

As a physical challenge for myself I am going to run 5KM (3.1 Miles) everyday throughout July = 31 x 5k's. Some of mine and Jordan's friend's have said they'll join me on some of the routes to keep me going... the more the merrier! I'll keep this page and my social media pages updated with the runs each day.

Please give whatever you feel you can to the Jordan Sinnott foundation, all help is much appreciated. 5km a day may sound a walk in the park to some people, but those that know me will know that running is not something that comes natural to me!

Thanks for reading,

Al
