As everyone knows I'm running the Cardiff half marathon on October 1st. So I've chosen to do this for the local special needs school ysgol henfelin.
So if anyone can spare anything for this great cause I'd really appreciate it.
It's for much needed equipment and every penny will go to the school.
The school is an amazing place for special needs and disabilities and I have chosen this place as it has a special place in my family as it has made my brother in law that attended the school the young man he is.
