'Raising awareness of S.A.D.S.'

The Alex Wardle Foundation Fund was set up in memory of Alex Wardle, who passed away in March 2016 from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS).

The foundation aims to raise awareness of the condition and to fund cardiac projects in the community for example, screening events and supplying defibrillators.

Having completed a degree in Biomedical Sciences from University of the West of England, Alex was reading radiography at the University of Portsmouth. He was active in the community, working for Mencap, playing rugby, attending air cadets and much more!

This page is to fundraise for those running the Great South Run 2017 in Portsmouth
