Emma and I are going to Paris on the 8th of September to take part in “La Parisienne all female 7k”.

The charity that we have chosen to raise money for is “OASIS Causeway”. I have personally used this place for my own journey of addiction and depression; therefore I feel it is time to give back. Oasis is based in Coleraine town and offers a range of services to the wider community; from mentoring and counselling for people who have experienced:

Trauma

Loneliness

Unemployment

Addictions,

Stress & depression

Oasis also runs an emergency FOOD BANK.

Oasis Causeway works to significantly enhance services in the Causeway community; and continues with the ethos of Oasis Caring in Action to,

'Transform Lives, Transform Communities’.
