i am trying to get a bungalow house for tina who has multiple sclerosis, we stay in a four in a block type of house and have a very inconsiderate neighbour who stays above her, he plays music all day and night and have had to get an asbo but it doesnt seem to be working, i have no proof as it is only myself (allan) and tina cannot confirm all the trouble we get, i would love to get her a bungalow or the same and get it addapted for her so she can be safe and live a normal life as much as we can
