We are team 3, a group of eleven 16 year olds from Everton Community NCS and we are aiming to raise £450 for charity. The charity we have chosen to help is the Owen McVeigh Foundation which creates valuable life memories for children suffering from cancer in our local area. This foundation was set up by Owen McVeighs family, after he died from leukemia at age 12, in the hope of helping families in the same position as they've experienced. We feel that with our help this charity can make a huge difference to the lives of children who need our help. Any donations would be hugely appreciated by us, Owen's family and the children who's lives we can change!

On Friday 25th August we are planning to hike to the top helvellyn at 950m high, this approximately will take us 5 hours, We want as many sponsors as possible to make a difference to our chosen charity.
