I'll be completing the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 1st. Please help me to raise funds for this beautiful, brave little girl and her family. Mia is my daughter's school friend, and we're all doing what we can to support her and her family.

A few months ago, 10 year old Mia's life, and that of her family, was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with metastatic osteosarcoma, a rare form of cancer. She is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy at Noah's Ark Hospital in Cardiff. The treatment is harsh & gruelling. She has a long-road to recovery ahead of her, yet she is an incredibly brave and positive little girl. Every penny raised will go to help care and support the lovely Mia & her family in their fight against this cruel and indiscriminate disease.
