I am raising money in memory of my friend and colleague Andrew Kenny who sadly took his own life earlier this year.

Andy was a Sheffield Postie, and an extremely nice man.

In memory of Andy, me and a number of colleagues from Sheffield South Delivery Office are taking part in the RunForAll 10k in Sheffield in September.

We are individually raising money and gettin sponsorship for various charities who support people's mental health. All donations made to me will go to Sheffield MIND who continue to help local people's mental wellbeing in Sheffield.

I will be taking part in the event in my Royal Mail uniform as are a number of my colleagues so you should be able to spot us.

We have all suffered with mental health at some point in our lives but we should never suffer alone. Sheffield MIND amongst other charities are here to provide help and support to anyone and everyone. Please use these charities as well as supporting them. Don't ever be afraid to reach out and talk to someone.
